Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage daily boutique operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Cultivate and maintain premium client relationships and implement clienteling strategies
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and adherence to luxury retail standards
- Monitor financial performance and manage boutique budget
- Drive customer experience excellence through team engagement and service quality
