Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the assigned boutique, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while adhering to budget constraints
- Analyze commercial results and provide insights and recommendations on trends to support effective decision-making by senior management
- Communicate and execute local action plans aligned with organizational strategy, mission, and vision while motivating the team to achieve local business goals
- Manage the boutique's front end, back end, and sales floor to meet operational sales performance objectives
