Richemont seeks a Boutique Director in Orlando to lead boutique operations, sales and client relations for a Richemont maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations in Orlando, owning sales performance, P&L, budgets and local targets to maximise revenue and margin.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, performance management and succession planning.
- Drive exceptional client experience and long-term client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and in-boutique events.
- Implement brand merchandising directives and ensure visual standards, window displays and product presentation meet maison guidelines.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention and accurate reporting of sales and stock metrics.
- Collaborate with regional management and HQ on local marketing, VIP events, launches and CRM-driven activations to grow client base.
- Analyse KPIs, sales trends and customer data to inform commercial decisions and optimise assortment and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and uphold maison standards for hospitality and service.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for boutique or store P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and scale a sales team to consistently achieve high-performance targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and familiarity with retail KPIs and inventory management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, hospitality-oriented approach to service.
- Right to work in the United States and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or director-level role overseeing a boutique or store, including P&L responsibility and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
