Richemont Boutique Director in Orlando — lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences for a Richemont maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations in Orlando to achieve sales targets, margin and KPIs while ensuring consistently exceptional client experiences.
- Own P&L performance: drive revenue, control costs and implement corrective actions to maximise profitability.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high‑performing boutique team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and foster talent mobility.
- Implement and maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, presentation, clienteling and service protocols.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures while ensuring accurate merchandising and store administration.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, VIP events and CRM strategies to grow the client base and deepen loyalty.
- Produce regular sales and operational reporting for regional leadership and collaborate with district and corporate teams on strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
- Strong commercial acumen including P&L management, budgeting and KPI-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and retain talent in a high-touch retail environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury clienteling, VIP service standards and event execution.
- Excellent organisational skills, integrity in loss‑prevention practices and compliant store governance.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a store manager or director role responsible for team leadership, sales growth and P&L accountability.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
