Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales targets
- Direct sales team to drive client development activity and cultivate new and existing clients
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships personally
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars
- Implement business development action plan based on building a solid network of corporate partners and business bringers
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments aligned with ALAÏA's selling ceremony
- Lead, model, and coach continuous guest experience management on the sales floor
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences
- Take action to improve client service before, during, and after sales
- Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create best-in-class service and selling organization
- Develop and execute a talent action plan for the store
- Accurately assess capabilities and build robust development plans to grow talent at all levels
- Continuously encourage, coach, provide qualitative feedback, and utilize reward and recognition to improve team engagement and performance
- Build store's client development strategy and support team in developing their own clienteling strategies
- Monitor luxury fashion local market performance including product, price, and competitor activities
- Develop holistic marketplace strategy, identifying and recommending key partners to accelerate growth and develop new relationships
- Actively participate in local events to build network and engage team in attending events

- 10+ years' experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven record of attaining sales targets
- Demonstrated managerial experience
