Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all boutique operations including sales, inventory, and client service standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage boutique team members to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation guidelines
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and clienteling strategies
