Richemont seeks an experienced Boutique Director for its flagship New Bond Street location in London. Lead luxury retail operations and drive commercial excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations on New Bond Street
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Oversee team recruitment, training, development, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and luxury service standards
- Manage boutique inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive clienteling initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams on brand initiatives and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and financial controls
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail leadership experience, ideally in a flagship or high-volume boutique
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Excellent team leadership and people management capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum 5–7 years of retail management experience in the luxury sector, with at least 2–3 years in a senior boutique leadership or store director role
Education
Secondary education minimum; further qualifications in retail management, business administration, or equivalent experience preferred
