Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive retail excellence
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff
- Monitor inventory management, merchandise presentation, and visual merchandising standards
- Cultivate and maintain key client relationships through personalized service and clienteling programs
