Richemont seeks experienced Boutique Director for ALAÏA Las Vegas—$130K–$150K. Lead luxury retail team, drive sales, and manage client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales plan achievement and exceed monthly and annual store targets through strategic business development and client relationship deepening
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership on the sales floor, personally managing key client relationships and coaching the team according to ALAÏA selling ceremony standards
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client development strategy, transitioning the store focus from transactional walk-in business to proactive, meaningful clienteling and relationship building
  • Build and manage a network of corporate partners and business development opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
  • Elevate in-store guest experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities
  • Lead, model, and coach the sales team in best-in-class service delivery, guest experience management, and product expertise
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; create accurate capability assessments and robust development plans across all team levels
  • Provide qualitative feedback and coaching utilizing performance management processes to drive team engagement and performance
  • Monitor luxury fashion market performance, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local market trends; make actionable recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Develop holistic marketplace strategy, identifying and partnering with key local brands and organizations; actively participate in community events to build network presence

Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of attaining and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated managerial experience with ability to lead and develop teams
  • Existing network and established client base in the Las Vegas area
  • Strategic thinking capability with ability to formulate and execute business action plans
