Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an experienced Boutique Director for their Las Vegas location. Lead luxury retail operations with SAP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the boutique's sales action plan aligned with short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives, with emphasis on High Jewelry
- Maintain and elevate the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image and service quality within the boutique's market
- Identify talent, define career paths, and oversee the development and performance of boutique team members
- Cultivate new client relationships and generate innovative business ideas to drive revenue growth
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels at regional and international events, charity functions, and industry conferences including SIHH and High Jewelry trips
- Manage inventory and model stock levels in coordination with the Supply Chain Department to maintain optimal availability
- Lead product launch initiatives, events, and market visibility activities to increase net sales
- Establish and communicate performance goals for store personnel; provide comprehensive customer service training and support
- Participate in international maison functions including Codir Des Codir, Maison Committee, and Retail Conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in Business preferred
- Multi-unit or high-volume retail leadership experience, ideally within the luxury sector or hospitality
- Advanced proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish effective prioritization systems
- Fluent French or Mandarin language skills are valued assets
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
- Physical capability to endure extended periods of standing and demanding retail environments
Skills
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess significant multi-unit or high-volume retail management experience, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors. Prior experience managing boutiques, flagship stores, or high-end retail environments with demonstrated success in sales leadership, team development, and brand representation is essential. Experience coordinating international events and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or equivalent). Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
