Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and strategic direction of the boutique location
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
- Manage and mentor the boutique team, ensuring exceptional customer service and performance standards
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Build and cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to maintain market positioning

Qualifications

Experience
