Richemont seeks a Boutique Director in Las Vegas to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for the boutique, driving topline sales, margin and cost control to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Provide inspirational day-to-day leadership to the boutique team: recruitment, coaching, performance management and talent development to ensure high retention and operational excellence.
- Deliver exemplary client experience through proactive clienteling, VIP relationship management, bespoke service and after-sales follow-up.
- Implement and maintain brand standards across visual merchandising, product presentation, store operations and compliance with maison policies.
- Manage inventory flow and stock integrity: buying allocations, stock transfers, loss prevention and accurate financial reporting.
- Plan and execute local marketing, client events and in-store activations in coordination with regional marketing/PR teams to drive traffic and deepen client engagement.
- Analyse sales performance and KPIs, produce regular management reports, and recommend commercial actions to optimise assortment and pricing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for P&L and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrable experience in client development and high-net-worth customer service within a premium maison or comparable luxury brand.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, set priorities and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and staff development.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising standards and retail loss-prevention protocols.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including prior management of a boutique or as an assistant manager with demonstrated responsibility for sales, operations and people management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
