Chloé Boutique Director position in Houston with Richemont, leading luxury retail operations and client relationships. Full-time opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead team to initiate and develop long-term client relationships, establishing VIC client management protocols
- Set up and monitor CRM targets for boutique and individual stylists, implementing targeted actions to achieve objectives
- Coordinate client contact campaigns and supervise use of all CRM tools and systems
- Supervise and maintain client database with particular attention to key VIP clients
- Actively lead floor sales to improve business performance and customer service quality
- Ensure full team engagement with omnichannel services and retail offerings
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans aligned with Maison strategy and performance analysis
- Establish and monitor retail sales targets for boutique and per-stylist performance
- Organize energizing team briefings and maintain consistently high motivation levels
- Conduct individual monthly and yearly performance assessments with all team members
- Shadow and coach team members on sales floor, identify training needs, and lead individual development plans
- Lead recruitment and induction of team members with HR department coordination
- Supervise boutique environment standards and liaise with operations management on improvements
- Ensure implementation of all store management, back-of-house, and sustainability guidelines
- Manage payroll, expenses, and stock management responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with established Richemont policies and operational standards
- Monitor local trading environment and competitor activities
- Work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience with specific focus on concession business management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail
- Operationally strong with demonstrated ability to translate strategies into operational plans
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven leadership and sales skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal competencies and empathy
- Excellent communicator with passion for building relationships and networking
- Ability to positively lead, coach, and develop talent from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills to assess selling reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly
- Strong understanding of client satisfaction, luxury experience, etiquette, and human behavior

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience with specific focus on concession business management and a minimum of 10 years in the luxury retail sector. Proven track record in driving client relationships, managing team performance, and achieving sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management certification or business education preferred.
