Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of boutique operations including sales, inventory, staffing, and merchandising to achieve profitability and brand standards
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate boutique staff to foster a high-performance culture aligned with luxury service excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and client loyalty within the territory
  • Oversee visual merchandising, store maintenance, and compliance with corporate standards and brand guidelines
