Richemont Boutique Director in Hong Kong – luxury retail leadership role managing boutique operations and team performance in a prestigious luxury setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all store operations and financial performance of the boutique location
- Lead, mentor, and develop retail team members to achieve service excellence standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clientele and drive clienteling initiatives
- Monitor inventory management, merchandising standards, and visual presentation
