Richemont Boutique Director role in Hong Kong – lead retail strategy, team development, and luxury client experiences for Cartier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead implementation of growth strategy plans; analyze local market and competitor strategies to identify sustainable business opportunities
- Drive sales and care service teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; master boutique business expertise and develop effective sales strategies
- Build and coach high-performing teams through strategic talent evaluations, performance management, and individual career succession planning
- Partner to design and execute effective client strategies; strategize and develop networking activities; role model exceptional client relationship development
- Strategize with Corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities; act as Maison ambassador and uphold boutique image and Cartier standards
- Maintain operational excellence by optimizing procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, and overseeing safety, security, inventory management, and controllable operating expenses
- Identify and lead transformative changes; anticipate business needs and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions while managing resistance to change
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of professional experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality environments
- Proven experience leading leaders and managing direct reports
- Experience in leading complex business environments or projects (multi-level locations, boutique openings, high-end client events)
- International, multi-disciplinary project management experience preferred
