Richemont is recruiting a Boutique Director in Geneva to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to achieve sales, margin and service KPIs while safeguarding the maison’s brand standards and image.
  • Own P&L accountability for the boutique: drive revenue growth, control costs and optimise stock turn and inventory allocation.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team; establish targets, perform performance reviews and implement training programmes.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalised clienteling, VIP engagement and CRM-driven retention strategies.
  • Oversee merchandising, visual standards and store layout to ensure consistency with global directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage stock integrity, replenishment, deliveries and loss-prevention protocols in close collaboration with regional supply-chain and boutique operations teams.
  • Represent the maison locally: coordinate events, trunk shows and partnerships to strengthen local brand positioning and expand client networks.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and communicate performance, forecasts and issues to regional management and headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail: demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and leading boutique or store teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L and inventory in a premium retail environment.
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship-management capabilities with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching experience and the ability to inspire a service-oriented team.
  • Fluency in English and French preferred; additional languages are an asset.
  • High standard of personal presentation and an intrinsic understanding of luxury brand codes and client expectations.
