Richemont Boutique Director position in Costa Mesa — lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage luxury brand experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations across the boutique, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, inventory management, and staff optimization
- Develop and mentor the retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and luxury brand ambassadorship
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through personalized service and loyalty initiatives aligned with clienteling strategies
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with corporate policies
