Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique team to initiate and develop long-term client relationships
- Establish and monitor CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists, implementing strategies to achieve them
- Coordinate client contact campaigns and supervise utilization of all CRM tools and systems
- Maintain and oversee the client database with particular focus on VIC (Very Important Client) relationships
- Proactively propose and orchestrate activities to meet or exceed client expectations
- Directly supervise floor sales operations to enhance business performance and customer service delivery
- Ensure full team engagement with omnichannel services and retail offerings
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans aligned with Maison strategy, adjusting based on performance analysis
- Establish and monitor retail sales targets for the boutique and individual team members
- Actively participate in commercial initiatives and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth
- Monitor local trading environment and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Organize energizing team briefings and maintain consistently high levels of team motivation
- Conduct monthly and yearly performance assessments with all team members
- Coach team members on the sales floor, identify training needs, implement targeted development, and guide individual development plans with consistent follow-up
- Lead all recruitment and induction processes for team members in coordination with HR
- Model Chloé brand values of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact
- Participate actively within the Store Managers community to share best practices and provide mutual support
- Maintain impeccable boutique environment standards and proactively suggest operational improvements
- Ensure full implementation of guidelines related to store and back-of-house management
- Manage payroll, expenses, and stock inventory
- Oversee compliance with all established Richemont policies and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience with specific expertise in concession business management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail
- Strong operational capabilities with ability to translate strategies into actionable operational plans
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, leadership excellence, and proven sales acumen
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal competencies and empathy
- Excellent communicator with passion for relationship building and networking, demonstrating strong social skills
- Ability to positively lead, coach, and develop team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in analyzing selling reports, identifying business trends, and responding quickly to business needs
- Strong understanding of client satisfaction, luxury experience, etiquette, and human behavior
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs as needed for operational duties
