Piaget Beverly Hills seeks Boutique Director to lead boutique operations, sales strategy, and team management. Salary $115,000–$125,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs while actively enhancing the client database through strategic initiatives and community outreach
- Develop annual strategic action plans in partnership with the Network Sales Director to establish boutique-wide objectives
- Lead team development through recruitment, training, mentoring, and regular performance reviews using the annual PMP process
- Deliver exceptional Piaget brand experience to clients and prospects, serving as brand ambassador with comprehensive product knowledge
- Manage boutique P&L, including expense control (discounts, gifts, travel and entertainment) and financial reporting
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and quality control of timepieces and high jewelry
- Execute visual merchandising presentations aligned with brand direction and activate CRM strategies
- Ensure full compliance with Richemont and Piaget operational standards, policies, and local regulations
- Manage boutique maintenance, staffing schedules, and third-party relationships (tour guides, concierges)
- Facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support business objectives
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail and/or hospitality management
- Demonstrated passion for team development and implementation of actionable development plans
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail business practices and local market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software
- Professional appearance with conscientiousness and reliability
- Ability to motivate teams, work collaboratively, and manage change effectively
- Innovation and initiative in establishing customer care standards

Experience
5 to 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail and/or service management, with demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales objectives in an upscale retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
