Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all boutique operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and financial targets
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales and support staff
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalized service and clienteling initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand presentation throughout the boutique
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights to optimize profitability and customer experience
- Represent the brand at local events and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management or premium brand leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management and financial accountability
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with ability to inspire and develop talent
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
- Deep knowledge of luxury retail operations and client service standards
Skills
Experience
7+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury or premium brands, with at least 3 years in a store or boutique director-level role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional experience.
