Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and develop strategic initiatives to increase net sales through new product launches, events, and market visibility
  • Enhance and maintain the quality and integrity of the Buccellati brand image within the boutique's market, ensuring consistent delivery of the Maison's signature sophistication
  • Lead all staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with budgetary targets and developing talent pipelines for career advancement
  • Develop and oversee visual merchandising strategy in partnership with the Director of Retail and headquarters to align with brand direction and advertising campaigns
  • Generate and retain high-value client relationships through curated events, brand experiences, and relationship-based engagement programs; actively cultivate new clientele
  • Develop innovative business development opportunities and strategic partnerships to elevate the brand experience and drive competitive differentiation
  • Coordinate boutique events and exclusive experiences with senior leadership to increase traffic, enhance client engagement, and drive incremental sales
  • Lead operational excellence including inventory management, shipping and receiving, cycle counts, quality control, and loss prevention in partnership with operations personnel
  • Supervise compliance with established policies and procedures across safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security protocols, sales procedures, and store maintenance
  • Identify success profiles and define career development pathways; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to boutique team members
  • Develop performance goals for all store personnel and report progress through management mechanisms to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5–7 years of management experience in a commercial or hospitality setting
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and high-net-worth service standards
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments (required)
  • Fine jewelry retail experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on schedule
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly

Experience
