Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver luxury client experiences
- Oversee daily retail operations, inventory management, and compliance with Richemont guidelines
- Develop and execute local marketing and clienteling strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Monitor financial performance and manage boutique budget efficiently
