Buccellati seeks an experienced Boutique Director for its Aspen location. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. USD 130,000–135,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and maintain strict adherence to payroll budgets
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management of sales associates while fostering professional development and career advancement
- Maintain and enhance the visual merchandising standards of the boutique in alignment with brand direction and corporate advertising campaigns in partnership with the Director of Retail and headquarters
- Generate new client relationships while retaining and nurturing existing clients through curated events, brand awareness initiatives, and relationship-based experiences
- Develop and execute innovative business strategies focused on partnerships and client elevation that drive boutique traffic and sales growth
- Oversee all operational processes including shipping and receiving, inventory management, cycle counts, quality control, and after-sales service
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and stock quality while minimizing loss and damage through rigorous monitoring and accurate record-keeping
- Supervise compliance with all established policies, procedures, security protocols, and sales practices to maintain the integrity of company funds, property, and personnel
- Conduct regular management reviews to assess team performance, address operational challenges, and establish overall business strategy with senior leadership
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to boutique staff to develop client consultation skills and individual sales performance
- Develop and coordinate product knowledge initiatives in coordination with the Retail Academy to ensure team expertise in Buccellati's heritage and collections
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 5–7 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Excellent understanding of luxury client service standards and expectations
- Demonstrated experience in fine jewelry or ultra-luxury retail
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

5–7 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors, with demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences in premium environments.
Education
