Richemont Boutique Coordinator – Hong Kong. Support retail operations, client services, and store management in a luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations and client engagement activities
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and product merchandising
- Manage appointment scheduling, client reservations, and customer inquiries
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, presentation, and visual standards
- Coordinate with boutique management on operational matters
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and grooming standards
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of retail, hospitality, or administrative support experience in a customer-facing environment.
