Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Boutique Coordinator in Bangkok. Full-time operations role managing stock, cash procedures, and workshop liaison with multilingual requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure effective stock movement practices including receiving, transferring, and storage procedures, maintaining safe conditions and conducting regular stock counts
- Manage cash and bill procedures including POS operations, float management, and bank deposits
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation including reservations, consignments, stock reconciliations, sales records, traffic reports, invoices, and archives
- Serve as primary point of contact for workshop operations and coordinate repairing processes, client service activities, and spare parts inventory
- Contribute to positive team spirit and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external third parties
- Actively participate in boutique day-to-day operations and event organization
- Provide proactive support to the sales team, welcome clients, and enhance in-store experience to ensure exemplary client journey
- Develop personal knowledge and skills through training sessions and virtual learning platforms, and train backup staff on back-office operations
Qualifications
- Proven operations experience in retail or luxury sector
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English languages
- Knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus
Skills
Experience
Proven operations experience in a retail or luxury environment, with demonstrated ability to manage stock procedures, cash handling, and administrative documentation. Experience supporting sales teams and coordinating between front-office and back-office functions is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in operations, retail management, or business administration are advantageous.
