Van Cleef & Arpels seeks refined Boutique Assistant in Zurich; support luxury sales team and deliver exceptional high jewellery client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Sales Advisors in daily boutique operations and client interactions
- Prepare, present, and artfully wrap the Maison's exceptional high jewellery creations
- Assist in clienteling activities and contribute to personalized follow-up with valued clients
- Support the organization and execution of prestigious high jewellery events
- Maintain meticulous boutique presentation and ensure seamless client journey from welcome to departure
- Embody and convey the Maison's refinement, timeless elegance, and heritage through every interaction
- Contribute to creating a memorable and personalized client experience aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels' standards
Qualifications
- Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English; proficiency in a fourth language strongly advantageous
