Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant in Vancouver, Canada. CAD $27–$29/hr, full-time temporary role in luxury jewelry retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags, wrapping paper, and POS station materials
- Perform morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling with meticulous attention to proper handling and backstock maintenance
- Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown activities
- Greet clients professionally and assist with reception duties to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain boutique premises through consistent cleaning and organization to preserve merchandise condition
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels brand image through professional demeanor and adherence to the Service Charter
- Collaborate with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise displays and operational standards meet corporate protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with SAP software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and ability to maintain Van Cleef & Arpels Service Charter standards

At least two years of professional experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, with demonstrated competency in boutique operations, client service, and attention to detail.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
