Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant (temporary) in Troy, MI. Provide luxury client service, merchandising and retail support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch, personalised service to walk‑in and invited clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Support sales activities including product presentations, client consultations and styled merchandising to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and repairs with accuracy while adhering to cash‑handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and floor readiness through daily merchandising, replenishment and window upkeep.
- Assist with stock management: receiving, tagging, cycle counts and timely communication with inventory teams.
- Coordinate in‑store appointments and follow up on client enquiries, repairs and after‑sales service requests.
- Contribute to boutique events and local marketing initiatives, including client events, product launches and trunk shows.
- Perform opening and closing duties and support administrative tasks as required by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; retail or luxury‑goods certification preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector (see experience).
- Strong interpersonal presence, professional grooming and polished communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferably 1+ year of retail or boutique experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories; candidates with demonstrated high‑touch client service and sales performance will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury goods is an asset.
