Cartier Boutique Assistant in Toronto Yorkdale. Support luxury client experiences in hospitality-focused retail role with medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment aligned with Cartier values, enhancing the client journey from arrival to departure
  • Assist boutique team with front-of-house and back-of-house activities including appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, sales finalization, gift wrapping, and food and beverage service
  • Support sales associates in pre-appointment discovery and appointment setup to maximize client engagement
  • Manage boutique traffic flow and administer the appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue as needed
  • Maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and Client Services areas, including replenishment and organizational support
  • Facilitate client personal services including directions, restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, floral orders, and related materials
  • Manage phone duties including call routing, message retrieval, and appointment setting for phone inquiries
  • Assist with quick service requests and complimentary personalization services such as strap changes, watch sizing, steam cleaning, engraving, and embossing
  • Execute daily boutique opening and closing procedures
  • Partner with the Operations Coordinator to manage stock maintenance of non-sellable items
  • Remain current on industry news, local and global competition, and community connections
  • Uphold Cartier standards through professional appearance, manner, and demeanor

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with technology
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities a plus
  • Physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, frequent bending and kneeling
  • Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 45 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs in multi-level locations
  • Ability to safely handle and work with glassware during service operations
