Richemont seeks a Temporary Boutique Assistant in Las Vegas: provide luxury client service, sales support and merchandising for a Richemont boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with maison standards; greet clients, qualify needs and support purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and maintain transaction records.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation, ensuring displays, signage and product placement meet brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and verify incoming merchandise; assist with stock replenishment and maintain organized stockroom procedures.
- Maintain and update client records and appointment schedules; contribute to proactive clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Assist with boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; provide operational support during peak periods.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and confidentiality policies at all times.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to preserve an immaculate retail environment and uphold the brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience; luxury boutique or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays during the temporary assignment.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if not explicitly provided by employer, candidate must hold valid work status).

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or client-facing experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury boutiques, watches/jewellery or upscale hospitality environments.
Education
