Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Boutique Assistant in Sydney. Support luxury jewelry retail operations with client service and sales support experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients, offer refreshments, and assist Sales Associates with product presentations and client journey optimization
- Support the sales process through product preparation, wrapping, and transaction processing
- Assist with daily clienteling activities and in-store journey facilitation
- Contribute to maintaining the Maison's visual identity and support event organization
- Maintain and develop knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking collections
- Assist with back-office sales tools and operational tasks including stock counts, safe replenishment, and deliveries
- Ensure strict compliance with Maison policies, procedures, and product storage protocols
- Actively develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training and participation in group training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality
- Foundational knowledge of jewellery and watchmaking
- Impeccable grooming standards and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in multicultural environments
