Cartier Paris seeks a Boutique Assistant to deliver memorable client experiences, manage gift packaging, and maintain boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the image and values of Cartier through exemplary grooming and professional presentation
- Welcome clients with warmth and attentiveness, assess their intentions, seat them comfortably, and serve beverages
- Organize replenishment and maintain the daily standards of beverage and catering stations throughout the boutique
- Execute luxury gift packaging and provide certificates of authenticity and gemological documentation
- Perform secondary verification of serial numbers on creations before invoicing by sales associates
- Complete personalization services including engraving of creations and embossing of leather goods and cases following dedicated training
- Clean and polish fine jewelry and watches to maintain their radiance and brilliance
- Perform watch sizing and replace watch bracelet cords
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and back-office areas
- Prepare and maintain sales tables, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary tools and materials
- Identify and report maintenance requirements to management
- Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies
