Cartier Boutique Assistant in Paris | Richemont – Luxury retail support role combining client service, jewelry care, and shop operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the image and values of Cartier through exemplary conduct, including adherence to grooming standards
- Welcome clients with attentiveness, discover their intentions, arrange seating, take orders, and serve beverages
- Organize and maintain the replenishment and daily upkeep of beverage and catering stations within the boutique
- Execute gift wrapping and packaging, provide warranty certificates and gemological documentation (GIA, etc.)
- Perform serial number verification of creations before vendor invoice processing (double-check function)
- Execute engraving and embossing services on jewelry and leather goods following formal training
- Perform cleaning and polishing services to maintain brilliance of luxury creations
- Adjust watch sizing and replace watch straps and bracelets
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of sales floor and back-office areas
- Prepare and stock sales tables with all necessary tools and materials
- Identify and escalate maintenance needs to management
- Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies
