Richemont is hiring a Boutique Assistant in Paris to deliver high‑touch client service and support luxury retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑touch, personalised service to clients, proactively identifying needs and fostering long‑term relationships.
  • Support the full sales cycle: welcome clients, present products with authoritative product knowledge, manage fittings/demonstrations and close transactions at point of sale.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising in line with maison guidelines; ensure displays, lighting and stock presentation reflect brand standards.
  • Manage stock movements, receive deliveries, perform stock counts and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately, handle refunds/exchanges and maintain POS reconciliation procedures.
  • Follow up on client requests, manage appointments and coordinate after‑sales activities such as repairs or servicing in collaboration with after‑sales teams.
  • Assist with in‑store events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives; act as an ambassador for the maison within the local market.
  • Comply with store security, loss‑prevention and corporate operational policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in premium or luxury retail (typically 1+ year preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner and excellent presentation.
  • Demonstrable product aptitude for watches, jewellery or luxury accessories, or strong willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
  • Ability to manage transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality with high‑value goods.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and occasional evenings for events.
