Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant in Paris — internship supporting boutique operations, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining a pristine sales environment
- Deliver high-standard client service: greet clients, manage appointments, assist with product presentations and personalised clienteling
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and ensure accurate cash and paperwork handling
- Assist with stock management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, process returns and maintain inventory records
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual-display standards in line with brand guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks such as file management, diary coordination, reporting sales activity and following up on client requests
- Observe market activity and competitor presence in the local area and report relevant insights to the boutique manager
- Uphold brand confidentiality, product security procedures and luxury service protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a recognised higher-education programme (commerce, luxury management, fashion, hospitality or equivalent) or recent graduate seeking an internship
- Strong customer-service orientation with an interest in luxury goods and high standards of presentation
- Professional demeanour, attention to detail and ability to represent a premium maison
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak periods
- Legal right to undertake an internship in France (if applicable)
Skills
Experience
Previous customer-facing retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; internships or part-time roles in luxury retail, fashion or premium services are positively regarded.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in business, luxury management, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
