Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients upon entrance to the boutique, ensuring an exceptional first impression and seamless store navigation
• Provide beverage service and communicate wait times to enhance client experience
• Assist the sales team with product running, wrapping, packaging, and client beverage service
• Manage coat check, faxing, and copying services as required
• Support the sales team in handling service items and coordinating with operations teams for repairs
• Participate in comprehensive inventory checks, merchandise tagging, quality control, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Handle daily replenishment of supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, and wrapping materials
• Execute opening and closing procedures including store setup and breakdown
• Prepare and package products for shipment
• Ensure compliance with all security, operational, and inventory control procedures
• Maintain audit compliance including tax exemption forms, gift certificates, and transaction records
• Develop and communicate deep understanding of Chloe brand purpose, heritage, and core values
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and execute daily store aesthetics and showcase displays
• Maintain stock replenishment and organize merchandise according to brand standards

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends
• Basic computer skills with tablets and PC systems
• Physical ability to stand throughout entire shifts
• Passion for the Chloe brand
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with understanding of client priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multitask with precision
• Professional appearance and demeanor with approachable manner
• Self-motivated with strong team collaboration capability

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred; no specific years required, though familiarity with high-end retail environments and customer service protocols is advantageous.

Education

College degree preferred.
