Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate warm, welcoming boutique environments that align with Cartier values and enhance the complete client journey from arrival to purchase
- Support sales associates with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, sales finalization, gift wrapping, and food & beverage service
- Manage boutique traffic flow and appointment booking systems (RDV) to ensure organized scheduling and queue management
- Maintain visual standards in wrap rooms and client services areas, including daily restocking and optimal inventory organization
- Coordinate specialized client services including restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, and concierge-level support
- Execute complimentary personalization services such as strap changes, watch sizing, steam cleaning, engraving, and embossing
- Manage phone duties, including incoming call routing, message retrieval, and appointment scheduling
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, daily setup, and special projects as assigned
- Maintain compliance with security and operational procedures while staying current on industry trends and local market competition
- Uphold Cartier standards through professional appearance, demeanor, and collaborative engagement with team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail with capacity for multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 lbs. regularly
- Ability to climb stairs and work comfortably in compact back-of-house spaces
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and willingness to travel for training
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments is advantageous, though entry-level candidates with strong service orientation and learning ability may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional luxury retail or hospitality training is a plus.
