Boutique Assistant opening at Van Cleef & Arpels in Palm Beach, Florida — support boutique operations and provide exceptional client service in this luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping paper, to maintain smooth operations
- Participate in boutique setup and breakdown procedures at opening and closing
- Execute proper handling of morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance
- Accurately backfill POS stations and administrative desks
- Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise remains in proper condition
- Greet clients and assist with reception duties to support the client experience
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels brand image through professional demeanor and adherence to the Service Charter
- Ensure all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience are respected
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and POS systems
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred

At least two years of progressive experience in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in boutique operations, client service, and team support.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
