Chloe Boutique Assistant in New York—luxury retail role at Richemont featuring client service, visual merchandising, and inventory support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients upon entering the boutique, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit
- Provide beverage service and communicate wait times to clients
- Support the sales team by running products, wrapping purchases, handling coat check, and managing client service needs
- Assist with inventory checks, merchandise handling, tagging, quality control, and daily cycle counts using the Boutique Inventory Tool
- Manage daily replenishment and ordering of supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
- Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown
- Support product packaging and preparation for shipment
- Ensure compliance with all Chloe security and operational procedures, including product handling and inventory control
- Validate audit compliance requirements such as tax exemption forms, external boutique transactions, and sales recognition
- Develop and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of the Chloe brand heritage and values
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, participate in daily store setup, and manage showcase displays
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous
- Basic computer skills with tablets and PC systems
- Ability to stand on feet throughout an extended shift
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer service priorities and client needs
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven multitasking capability
- Professional appearance, manner, and approachable demeanor
- Self-starter with collaborative team-player mentality
- Passion for the Chloe brand
- Additional language skills are a plus

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting and be available to work retail hours including weekends.
Education
College degree preferred.
