Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional first impression and seamless navigation through the boutique
• Provide beverage service, communicate wait times, and manage coat check operations to enhance the client experience
• Support the selling team with product delivery, wrapping, and client service during transactions
• Participate in inventory checks, cycle counts, and merchandise auditing using Boutique Inventory Tool
• Handle daily replenishment of supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, wrapping materials, and beverages
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including store setup and visual merchandising displays
• Maintain compliance with security protocols, operational procedures, and audit requirements including tax exemption and external transaction documentation
• Develop and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chloe brand heritage, product lines, and core values
• Adhere to visual guidelines and actively participate in showcase pulls and daily stock replenishment
• Assist with product preparation, packaging, and shipment coordination as needed

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality (preferred)
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency with tablets and PC systems
• Physical capability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Passionate commitment to the Chloe brand and luxury aesthetic
• Multilingual abilities (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and client priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail with multitasking ability
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated team player with collaborative mindset

Skills

Experience

1-3 years of retail or hospitality experience in a luxury environment is advantageous, though entry-level candidates with strong customer service orientation and brand passion may be considered.

Education

College degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 22 per hour.
