Cartier seeks a Boutique Assistant in Monaco to deliver exceptional client experiences and support retail operations at the world-renowned jewelry and watchmaking maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the image and values of Cartier through impeccable grooming and professional conduct
- Welcome clients warmly, ascertain their intentions, arrange seating, and provide beverage service
- Manage and maintain the supply and daily presentation of the beverage and catering stations within the boutique
- Prepare gift packaging and provide warranty certificates and GIA documentation to support sales
- Perform quality assurance verification of serial numbers before merchant invoicing
- Execute personalization and rapid maintenance services including jewelry engraving and embossing on leather goods and boxes
- Clean and polish jewelry to restore brilliance
- Adjust watch sizing and replace bracelet straps
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-office areas
- Prepare and organize sales tables, ensuring all necessary tools are available
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate them to management
- Coordinate ordering of consumables and office supplies
