Boutique Assistant position at Van Cleef & Arpels Tysons Galleria, McLean. Support retail operations and luxury client experience. $27/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure seamless boutique operations
- Execute morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry security procedures, including backstock maintenance and inventory accuracy
- Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, maintaining all operational protocols
- Accurately maintain and backfill point-of-sale (POS) stations and work desks
- Collaborate with Management and Boutique Administrators to preserve merchandise quality and condition
- Greet clients warmly and provide reception support, ensuring exceptional first impressions
- Uphold all management and corporate protocols pertaining to client experience standards
- Maintain professional demeanor consistent with Van Cleef & Arpels Service Charter and brand standards
- Actively participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States

Experience
At least two years of professional experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification required.
