Richemont Boutique Assistant Manager role in Kaohsiung. Lead retail operations, manage team performance, and drive sales in a luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and strategic initiatives
- Lead and develop the retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centric service
- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and stock rotation to optimize product availability
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines throughout the boutique
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues appropriately
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs while maintaining margin discipline
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English

Education
