Richemont Assistant Manager position in Kaohsiung, Taiwan—lead boutique operations and customer service team in luxury jewelry and watches retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations across front-end, back-end, and sales floor functions to achieve sales performance targets
- Supervise and support a customer service team, addressing complex and high-value customer inquiries and complaints
- Establish and implement customer service standards and protocols across the boutique
- Develop and execute customer contact plans to communicate product launches and drive relevant sales campaigns
- Communicate local action plans to team members, aligning individual tasks with broader business strategy and organizational goals
- Manage team scheduling and work assignments to meet operational expectations within established timelines
- Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, review completion quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide coaching and skill development to team members to enhance competencies
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies; identify and mitigate workplace risks
- Set personal objectives and utilize performance management systems to monitor and enhance individual performance
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Short-cycle tertiary education
- Proven experience supervising and managing junior colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage complex customer interactions
- Experience in retail operations management and sales target achievement
- Proficiency in performance management and team coaching
