Richemont Boutique Assistant Manager, Hong Kong SAR – lead retail operations and team performance in a luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all day-to-day boutique operations and strategic initiatives
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock replenishment processes
- Drive sales performance and client relationship management within assigned areas
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and loss prevention measures

Qualifications
