Cartier seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Luxembourg. Support client services and boutique operations in this entry-level luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, creating a warm and sophisticated first impression
- Manage client waiting times by providing information and storytelling about Cartier's heritage, values, and boutique offerings
- Assist sales associates discreetly throughout transactions, including gift wrapping and point-of-sale support
- Execute quick client services as directed, including routine maintenance tasks such as strap or band adjustments
- Ensure the boutique environment remains impeccable by maintaining cleanliness and visual presentation standards
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the sales floor
- Replenish and maintain adequate stock of selling-floor supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping materials, and client refreshments
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Passion for the Cartier Maison and the luxury sector
