Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant position in Las Vegas (Wynn). Support luxury jewelry retail operations with inventory, client service, and boutique maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in setup and breakdown procedures at opening and closing of the boutique
- Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, maintaining accurate backstock inventory
- Accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and desks with necessary materials
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with management and boutique administrators to ensure merchandise preservation and proper condition
- Greet clients and provide reception assistance as needed
- Comply with all management and corporate protocols regarding client experience standards
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels brand image by maintaining professional demeanor and adhering to the Service Charter
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software
- Familiarity with SAP software preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages beneficial for serving diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States

Experience
Minimum two years of progressive experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, with demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver exceptional client experiences in an upscale setting.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification required.
