Richemont is hiring a Boutique Assistant (Fixed-Term) in Istanbul (Istinye Park). Client-facing role supporting luxury retail operations and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and receive clients with discretion and exemplary hospitality; manage appointment scheduling and client flow within the boutique.
- Support the sales team in clienteling activities, follow-ups and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM.
- Present and demonstrate product assortments with meticulous attention to provenance, materials and craftsmanship.
- Process transactions and after-sales requests accurately using the store POS; assist with returns, repairs and warranty procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, stock replenishment, inventory counts and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with boutique leadership on deliveries, stock transfers and replenishment; assist in receiving and tagging merchandise.
- Support in-store events and private client experiences, ensuring flawless logistics and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills appropriate to a client-facing role; additional languages advantageous.
- Professional appearance with keen attention to high standards of service and discretion.
- Right to work in Turkey for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of front-line retail or hospitality experience, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery or watches; exposure to high-touch client service and boutique operations is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational training or certification in retail or hospitality preferred.
