Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, stock reception and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Greet and assist clients on the sales floor; participate in clienteling activities and manage appointment bookings.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using the store Point-of-Sale (POS) system and perform routine cash handling tasks.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment and back-office organisation to support merchandising and sales teams.
- Ensure the boutique presentation reflects maison guidelines and contribute to window and in-store displays.
- Participate in product and service training; liaise with colleagues to ensure consistent client service and after-sales support.
- Contribute to daily reporting and administrative tasks as required by boutique management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme in business, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrable interest in luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Professional appearance and strong client-service orientation; ability to represent a premium maison.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; reliable and punctual.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and sales transactions; attention to detail for inventory tasks.
