Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including floor presence, client welcome and after-sales service.
- Assist sales advisors with clienteling: maintaining CRM notes, scheduling appointments and following up on enquiries.
- Process sales transactions and returns using the boutique point-of-sale system; ensure accuracy of cash handling and paperwork.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and execute visual merchandising directives to brand standards.
- Manage stockroom tasks: receiving deliveries, replenishing sales floor, and performing regular inventory checks.
- Contribute to boutique events and client experiences, liaising with store management on logistics and guest lists.
- Provide administrative support: filing, preparing sales reports, and inputting data in internal systems.
- Learn product knowledge across categories and represent the brand with impeccable service and discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline.
