Cartier Amsterdam seeks Boutique Assistant Internship to support luxury retail operations, client service and boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage client waiting times by providing information and heritage storytelling about Cartier and the boutique
- Support sales associates during transactions, including gift wrapping and discreet task assistance
- Execute client services such as cordons change and other quick maintenance needs
- Maintain impeccable boutique environment and assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Replenish selling floor supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Demonstrated team spirit and collaborative approach
- Passion for luxury heritage and fine jewelry
- Ability to represent the Cartier brand with sophistication and professionalism
Skills
Experience
Retail or hospitality experience in a luxury environment is preferred, though candidates demonstrating exceptional client service aptitude will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; ongoing professional development in luxury retail will be supported.
