Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with professionalism, manage appointments and cultivate high-quality client relationships under brand standards.
  • Support sales advisors in clienteling activities, follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and assist with daily cash reconciliation and till management.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique floor presentation, ensuring product displays reflect maison directives.
  • Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock; assist with inventory counts, replenishment and stockroom housekeeping.
  • Provide administrative support including sample logistics, event preparation and coordination for in-store activations.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, product care and compliance procedures while upholding luxury service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in fashion, luxury management, retail, hospitality, business or a closely related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and client-facing demeanour.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to work under direct supervision in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Legal right to work in the Netherlands.
