Richemont is hiring a Boutique Assistant Intern in Zurich — support boutique operations, clienteling and merchandising for a leading luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including customer reception, appointment management and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Assist sales advisors with clienteling activities, follow-ups and CRM data entry to maintain impeccable client records.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation, ensuring product displays meet maison standards.
  • Participate in stock handling, inventory checks, deliveries and accurate tagging/warehousing of merchandise.
  • Provide administrative support for events, private viewings and after‑sales coordination as required.
  • Learn product knowledge across collections and convey brand narratives to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme in luxury management, retail, hospitality, business, fashion or a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑facing demeanour and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; reliable and punctual.
  • Legal right to work in Switzerland and availability for the full duration of the internship.
