Richemont — Paris: Boutique Assistant Intern (Stage) supporting boutique operations, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, visual standards and inventory controls.
- Deliver high-quality client service: welcome clients, handle enquiries, manage appointments and assist with sales transactions under supervision.
- Maintain merchandising and window displays to brand standards and assist with stock replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Update CRM and clienteling records, prepare sales documentation and support follow-up communications.
- Assist with in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences as required.
- Perform transactional duties including cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in luxury management, retail, business, fashion or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude and professional presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to visual standards and stock control.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, for the duration of the internship.
- Fluent French and a good command of English are highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Prior customer-facing retail experience or a previous internship in luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising, client service or stock handling will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Management, Business, Fashion, Retail or a related field.
