Richemont — Paris: Boutique Assistant Intern (Stage) supporting boutique operations, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary front-line client service: welcome clients, manage appointments, advise on product selection and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Support daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and packaging according to brand standards.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards: prepare displays, replenish product, and ensure boutique presentation aligns with maison guidelines.
- Assist with stock management: receive and process deliveries, perform inventory checks and support stockroom organisation.
- Support clienteling and CRM activities: update client records, follow up on enquiries and assist with invitations and boutique events.
- Contribute to store opening and closing procedures and uphold security, loss-prevention and after-sales service processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, luxury management, retail, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Commercial awareness and a demonstrable interest in luxury products and brand heritage.
- Professional presence, high standards of grooming and discretion when handling client information.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; able to commit for the full duration of the internship.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with point-of-sale operations.

Experience
No minimum professional experience required; prior exposure to retail, hospitality or a luxury internship is advantageous and will be considered a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Luxury Management, Retail, Hospitality or a related field.
