Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Nice: internship supporting boutique sales, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver attentive, personalised in-store service aligned with maison standards
- Support sales advisors with clienteling activities: appointment follow-ups, CRM updates and after‑sales service
- Participate in visual merchandising and window maintenance to preserve brand presentation
- Assist with stock reception, tagging, inventory counts and basic stock reconciliations
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/checks/card transactions according to procedures
- Provide administrative support: processing receipts, preparing sales reports and maintaining client records
- Contribute to boutique events and product launches, ensuring flawless execution and guest experience
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and luxury service protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary education programme in business, luxury management, retail, hospitality or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour suitable for luxury retail
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly for stock and visual standards
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in France and ability to commit to the full internship period
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an asset but not mandatory
