Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including client reception, point-of-sale transactions and after-sales follow-up.
- Assist client advisors with clienteling activities: appointment coordination, CRM updates and preparation of client communications.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store standards to ensure displays reflect maison guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Participate in stock management activities: goods receipt, inventory counts, replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support including sales reporting, appointment scheduling and coordination of boutique events.
- Shadow senior advisors to learn product knowledge, selling techniques and brand heritage; participate in training modules as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Luxury Management, Retail, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused demeanor and polished presentation appropriate for luxury retail.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship and flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain discretion with high-value client information.

Experience
Entry-level: previous customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not required; internships or part-time roles in luxury or hospitality are a plus.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Luxury Management, Retail, Hospitality or related field.
