Richemont in Geneva seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern to support boutique operations, client service and merchandising in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including client reception, appointment management and point-of-sale transactions.
- Deliver attentive, discreet client service and assist sales staff with clienteling activities and follow-up.
- Help maintain stock accuracy through basic inventory tasks, goods receiving and merchandising support.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold maison standards.
- Perform administrative duties such as email correspondence, scheduling and light reporting.
- Assist with in-store events and client experiences, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or professional programme in business, luxury management, marketing, fashion or a related field.
